Exceeded My Expectations!

My Mazda experience definitely exceeded my expectations.  I found Chippy (Sales Consultant) & Kristy Gaudry (General Manager) to be everything I could hope for & more. In my line of work I deal with clients and customer service; I consider Chippy & Kristy as an excellent example of how customer service should be.
The staff were very careful to adhere to Covid regulations with respect to hand sanitizing, masking and physical distancing.
The entire purchasing experience was excellent:
- the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful.
- the staff went out of their way to answer my questions & provide the best customer service possible.
- there was no pressure to buy or use of manipulative sales techniques.
