Incredible customer service

I, without a doubt, want to express my sincere gratitude and apprection of Mazda's customer service.

My quick story, I was up in Sasktoon, my car keys were stolen out of my hotel room leaving me with no way home. I contacted Justin Hardy to get some advise on how I can maybe get a new fob the following day or what options might work best.

This is where the story takes an amazing and exemplary turn! Justin went to my home in Regina, got my spare set of keys and drove up to Saskatoon that same night to make sure I had my keys and I was able to get home. 

He drove in cold, wintery Saskatchewan conditions to help me out. I cannot adequately express how amazed and how appreciative I am!

I was up in Saskatoon for a conference and I made sure to tell everyone there of my Mazda story and everyone was impressed and stated they have never seen service like this before.

So again, many, many thanks to the Mazda team and to Justin Hardy! 

Kristy I am hoping you can forward this up the Mazda chain because I sincerely believe everyone at Mazda should know how incredible the Regina Mazda dealership is.
