Good morning! My service is always great! I was stranded on Saturday for a short time and talked with Chippy (sales was closed) and he was awesome. Monday he followed up with me and had service contact me as well! By Wednesday they squeezed me in just to see if they could read the code and come up with a plan. Ben in the service department spent a long time on the phone with me and he was awesome!! (This also is not the first time I’ve had an awesome experience dealing with Ben). I took my car in and it was done that day and they even washed it! The thing they fixed to get me back on the road was free of charge! I’m not sure if I’ve ever had bad service at Mazda, but this was they best service I’ve ever had at any dealership anywhere! I, without a doubt, want to express my sincere gratitude and apprection of Mazda's customer service. My quick story, I was up in Sasktoon, my car keys were stolen out of my hotel room leaving me with no way home. I contacted Justin Hardy to get some advise on how I can maybe get a new fob the following day or what options might work best. This is where the story takes an amazing and exemplary turn! Justin went to my home in Regina, got my spare set of keys and drove up to Saskatoon that same night to make sure I had my keys and I was able to get home. He drove in cold, wintery Saskatchewan conditions to help me out. I cannot adequately express how amazed and how appreciative I am! I was up in Saskatoon for a conference and I made sure to tell everyone there of my Mazda story and everyone was impressed and stated they have never seen service like this before. So again, many, many thanks to the Mazda team and to Justin Hardy! We had a great experience, like I said before we felt very comfortable and normal throughout the process DK allowed us to go for a test drive by ourselves, no other dealership did this DK was not pushy at all which was a big thing for us. He was more than willing to send us out on test drives and new about all the cars. We went to a few other dealerships and every question we asked the guy didnt know or bad to ask a manager. Then dealing with Christy in finance was a breeze, all questions were answered and we felt very comfortable. I don't know how to say this any other way, everybody at Mazda Regina was just normal, didn't feel like everything was a sales pitch.
