Adaptive lights and other technologies that improve visibility

Manufacturers are offering more and more technologies to help you see the road ahead. These technologies include, among other things, systems applicable to the headlights of your vehicle that improve your visibility, but also your comfort. Let's see some examples.

Adaptive Headlights

What are adaptive headlights? This is a technology that has been around for quite some time and allows you to better see at night on a winding road. The headlights of your vehicle basically follow the steering wheel of your vehicle. When you turn the steering wheel, the headlights follow in the same direction to better illuminate the road in front of you and allow you to see more quickly what is after the turn.

High Beam Assistance

It is always polite to switch from full high beam headlights to low beams when we meet another vehicle at night. With high beam assist, your vehicle detects the presence of another oncoming vehicle and can switch from high to low beam automatically. When the vehicle has passed, your vehicle returns to the original light setting.
